I would give this place a 0 if I could!!!!! I will definitely never go to this location again!!!! I went with a birthday party last night, I am allergic to everything under the sun and asked a special request of the simplest dish. Cheese, marinera sauce, and vegetables. I cannot have bread and I was sooooo hungry! The manager flat out told two waitresses to tell me NO! I was at another Shakeys pizza that morning for another birthday party except this time in REDLANDS! Management was incredibly wonderful there, and as per my request they did it no problems no questions asked and charged me in replacement of another dish!!! NO PROBLEM!!! I can’t believe that something as simple as not making a simple dish (as if I were asking for it for free or something?) my family and I refuse to go back there ever or schedule another party there! Mind you my sister spent close to 1,000 last night for a third year in a row. And they couldn’t make a simple dish??? NEVER GOING BACK!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! NEW MANAGEMENT I HAVE BEEN TOLD IS VERY VERY BAD!!!

The Victoria Gardens Shakeys has the worst fried chicken I have ever tasted. the crust is greasy and how does one make chicken so bad? Pizza ok but overall not impressed
