So……. my last review of this place was deleted….lets see if this one stays. Came here on a recommendation. They say they have Texas BBQ. And if thats what you are looking for this place is NOT it. I am from Texas and come from a family that has several competition bbq teams. All over the menu it touts Texas BBQ. First I asked how the brisket was cut for a sandwich and was told it was shredded just like the chicken and pork. REALLY…. brisket is sliced or chopped, but never shredded. To do so messes with the texture and the taste. I also asked what was on the sausage sampler plate and was told it was one sausage split and then served on rice… Are you kidding me… RICE….. white bread maybe but never ever rice. By the way a sampler plate would indicate that there were several types of sausages on the plate. Well at least in Texas it would. Wont be back. Not even close to the good stuff back home.
