Great service. Beef appetizer with capers was excellent.
So-So. For trying to sell themselves as a fine steak house i would have to disagree. The service was horrific and the food was mediocre. My party and I sat most of the evening with empty wine glasses on our table. On top of the dirty dishes on our table you could tell the food was sitting in a service window for a period of time before being served. They were not removed until I myself removed them and the manager happened to apologize. Our server was more focused on talking to the one of table in her section then making sure that our meal was correct when it was served. One of the managers came to our table before our own server did. If you get a server named Sadie(?) i think that was her name i dont really recall her saying it. I would asked to be moved. When i voiced my concerns with the manager he was more than surprised by the service that i had received. And really took the time to listen to me and explained that the service i was received was not what Flemings is about and invited myself and a guest back so i can see what they are about. This was an amazing gesture by Patrick and I hope if i take him up on his offer he can prove me wrong.
The service was spotty. All 4 of our steaks were cooked incorrectly. When one was sent back it was returned with a poor cut. For a $40 steak, it should be better.
We enjoyed a team dinner in Flemings private room last night. Steaks and lobsters were awesome. We really enjoyed the wine and appreciated Kevin’s terrific service.
Good food & service. Nice menu. They had a nice 4 course set menu. Too noisy.
