The second we pulled into the parking lot, we were greeted with great staff, who valet our car for no charge. Once we got inside for happy hour, the lounge were happy hour is is full so there was a bit of a wait. I think the management realized this, so they opened another section for happy hour. I sure wish other restaurants did that rather than simply loose business.We had drinks in our hand almost instantly, and the food service was quick too–and delicious!Probably the best part was how child friendly they were. Our 2 year old was sooooo happy thought this dining experience we stayed for over 2 hours (rare when you have kids). They gave him activities, a free dinner snack while we were drinking our wine, and even a dessert on the house, with his name sketched on it. First class service!! With having a child we always have to move breakables away from him at the table, including drinks and meals. This was the first restaurant that we have ever been to that was mindful of this and it was greatly appreciated. When we left the reatsurant- our car was in front waiting for us. No idea how they knew we were ready, but since it isn’t a luxury vehicle, and just a rental, I assume they weren’t showing it off.

The butter fish is the most incredible fish!! A must when u visit Roy’s. Be sure to hit aloha hour for the best deals!! Nothing on the menu will disappoint!! A must when u visit Rancho Mirage!! Be sure to ask for the chocolate souffl!!!
A step above. Great service, food, and prices. Happy hour is great but limited. I have had some of my best meals here and the other Roys -Hawaii etc.
We really enjoyed our experience here. The ambience was very nice & the complimentary valet was convenient. Cocktails and appetizers were wonderful, I would recommend the potstickers & the pre fixed menu was a great deal. Service was fantastic, the whole experience was worth the money!
Really disappointed. The food was actually really tasty but the service was the worst service I’ve EVER had. The horrible service ruined my whole dinner. Overpriced and not ‘Hawaiian’ in any way…
