Le Testimony Organic Bistro is a 100% organic restaurant serving sweet & savory crepes in Redding California. Omelettes, soups, and salads complete a menu with several vegan dishes as well as gluten & dairy free options. Starting Jan 6th 2020, we will be opening from 7AM - 8PM Mon thru Sat and 9AM -3PM on Sundays.
