We had lunch here. It was very tasty, but quite expensive. The cheapest lunch item was soup and salad for $9.95. The portions were quite large, but a vegi burger was $14.00+. the appetizers were good, but also costly. About $10.95 for the calamari. The smoked strawberries were heavily hyped, small in portion size, and expensive. There were eleven of us at an off hour. The service was good. As i stated the food was good, but the cost will prohibit my return.

My husband and I have tried Moonstone twice and have had mixed reviews. The service has been excellent each time. The atmosphere is cozy. The first time we went we felt the food was good the second time we went I had a main dish salad that was tasteless. It was also pricey.

Went there recently for Fathers’ Day. Small place, up scale menu, great drinks and attentive wait staff. This is a local upscale restaurant in west Redding. Lovw to go there and to see what is new on the menu.

The place to go!. Redding is very fortunate to have a restaurant of this caliber. The place just buzzes with energy- Tanya and Che Steadman have really added a gem to this community.

Great food, pricey but worth it if you don’t mind spending $20/person. I m going tonight, fish tacos!

Seasonal food, everything fresh….Nice. Actually watched the cooks make pasta by hand. Open kitchen, lively, little loud (sat next to the kitchen to watch) and exec chef is a ham. Lottsa fun, great meal, and solid wine list. If you are a foodie, you may finally take refuge in Redding. Rejoice.
