Bienvenidos to our Gordo familia! This small family business started for one main reason; which, in fact, was to keep the memory of our Mam Lupe alive. The best way to do it was to the cook authentic Jalisco recipes that she loved to make for her 16 daughters and sons. Recipes are normally passed down from generation of family members to the next, but what we did was make the people of Redding and its visitors our familia. This year, marks our 10th year open, and I would like to thank everyones love and support. We hope to continue to spread the love and care my Mam gave us, through the love of food. Gracias a todos! And again, welcome to la Familia Gordos.
