OK Mexican. Another of those east bay Mexican places you read rave reviews about, but it’s just average. Oldtime California-Mex food. Rice is soft & bland. Order at counter. Inside and outside seating. Friendly, homey non-pretentious place with large portions of heavy food. Many do takeout here.
