Poor Experience. I brought four women for lunch. There was no one to greet us. Went to a table, arranged the chairs, and there were chip crumbs on and under the table. Waitress throew down some menus. I had to arrange the silverware and set the table.I ordered off the lunch menu. Food was served luke warm. Enchiladas had no sauce nor cheese. Carnitas were too salty. When bill arrived I was overcharged $3.(the price from the regular menu.) Others in the group also were over charged.A very disappointing experience. Would not recommend Mas again to anyone.
The enchilada filling was tasteless. The sauce was nothing more than chili powder. The Mexican rice would make any Spanish grandmother angry and demand you try again. This is a restaurant for people without tastebuds who know nothing of spices, flavors, or true Authentic Mexican food. Just disappointing all around. And the service was half assed and spotty.
Great tasting food and wonderful service! We had the $7.99 lunch specials and were very pleased. Will be back..
Going Down Hill. This used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but something has happened recently. The service has gone down hill. We were there on a recent Thursday evening and they warned us they were short staffed but it took 25 minutes just to get our drinks and chips. People around us were just walking out and leaving cash on the table for their chips and drinks after already ordering. Complaints to the manager didn’t seem to help. They were even using plastic to-go containers for the salsa. There was also a large hand written note on the wall behind the hostess stand that basically told employees not to bother to ask for Cinco de Mayo off, because they wouldn’t get it off. Very unprofessional. It just seemed like they were getting ready to go out of business. We have heard the same complaints from friends recently.
True Authentic Mexican food. Finally!! I went here on a Friday night because I heard so many great things about this restaurant from my friends.It was fantastic and thank you for calling my girlfriends and I a taxi home.Great Food and service!!14 Mar, 2013I love your Food!!!. Great Mexican Food. Very friendly staff. The food was fresh and excellent. Interesting to be greated by a couple of slices of pound cake for breakfast which came out before I ordered. Actually a couple of bites of which made a pretty cool breakfast dessert. When in the area again I’m definitely going back.
Super yummy. Diverse menu. The Mexican hot chocolate hit the spot on a rainy night. The only thing I didn’t like was the played out yuppie crowd. Food was delicious though.
