Hands down best sushi in Sacramento!!!! Marylin monroll, Carmichael roll, all of them are just so original and so delicious. Definitely a must try.
Sushi is OK. Not better than Arigato or Blue Nami. Too pricy for sure. Product not worth the money spent. Service is mediocre.
This is by far one of my favorite restaurants to eat at! I am a Koki Club rewards member now too (rewards program for visiting Mikuni)! LOVE IT!
Great spot that goes off the menu to prepare a favorite, Dynamite. Wow!
My favorite place! The mixed barbeque tuna is so delicious! Some of my other favorites are the incredible roll, japanese mafia roll, kaiser roll and the train wreck. You can never go wrong with the raw fish, the salmon and torro is exceptional. Other tasty items are the pepper fin dish and the black and white dish. Service (for me) has always been great and it helps when you are greeted with miso soup:)
Top Notch: A regular for 6 years. As a Personal Chef and regular customer of Mikuni’s, I must testify that the sushi and fish is top notch, first rate. You will not find better in the region. The creativity of the Sushi Chefs, along with their skill and ability to create consistently excellent, technically outstanding dishes can not be overlooked. Mikuni’s offers us Sushi Master level work, with spirited, focused flavors that keep us coming back for more. This is also my favorite place to celebrate my birthday and get a spin on the birthday wheel.
Excellent Sushi. Wow!!! I was very impressed with the large assortment & tasty sushi I had at Mikuni a couple of weeks ago. I should have posted this review then, but, today, while thinking of a Sushi Place to recommend to one of my friends, Mikuni was the first place that came to my mind. I am sure my friends will really enjoy themselves there tonight. I would give Mikuni’s a 5 Star rating. Enjoy yourselves and let me know what you think!!!
