A classic. You need to be able to appreciate the old fashioned quality of this kind of restaurant to really enjoy it. Note the details, they serve you AMAZING, hot bread on a cutting board and you get an incredible deal for the amount of money you spend. Getting a salad instead of soup with your meal? Make sure to get the DELICIOUS creamy pesto dressing. I usually stick with my traditional favorite alfredo pasta dish, but I’ve tried most pasta dishes on their menu and I haven’t ever been disappointed. This place has a special place in my heart for their good food, service and consistency.
Not the best, but a good value. As far as chains go, Old Spaghetti Factory is pretty good. Their dishes aren’t superb, but the are tasty. $10 for soup, entree, bread, and ice cream is a pretty awesome deal!
Usually love this chain but this particular one had poor service tonight when I went. The bread didn’t come out until right before the main dishes did. The salads had already been served and no bread had been brought to the table. Service was on the slow side in general the whole night.
Best spaghetti anywhere. They have a one of a kind pesto salad and their mizithra cheese can’t be beat. I’ve been coming here for years and never leave unsatisfied. I highly recommend this restaurant!
I don’t know what these other reviewers are talking about! I have been going here for over a decade and it has always been one of my favorites. Their spumoni icecream is my favorite kind of icecream. They also have delicious bread and salads, but you gotta get their pesto sauce with your salad! Overall, they have good food, a unique atmosphere, and friendly waiters. Give it a try!
Old Spaghetti Factory. I have been here a few times over the years, and the building is really cool. There are train cars and other neat things you can sit in. However, generally I feel the service and food could be better.
Bad, Bad, Bad. We went to dinner Sunday night around 7pm. The wait to be seated was 15 minutes. We were seated and it took another 15 minutes before the waiter showed up to take our drink order and meal order. OK I would have left except my date wanted Italian, so we stayed. 10 minutes later we got our salads and drinks. I was another 30 minutes before we had our dinners. This is unacceptable. The food was OK (We wont go back). I went to find the manager and brought this to her attention. Bad service, OK food, Bad experience. These people need to get there stuff together!
