  Ruen Thai is a good place for a quiet dinner. It has staff that is very friendly and amicable to prepare a vegetarian meal. We ordered veg spring rolls, pineapple fried rice and the green curry to go with it. Everything tasted so good! The honey sauce accompanying the spring rolls was tasty and the green curry was delicious! The fish tank with the coral reefs and the clown fishes were beautiful and caught our attention. Loved the place!

  Food okay – cutsomer service not. Have been to the restaurant many times and the food averages from okay to very tasty. Have eaten in and taken out many times. Yesterday however was a different story.We had a get together with friends and family and ordered some takeout. It was a Sunday night and we ordered an appetizer , rice and 5 dinners. The order was repeated back – i arrived on time, paid in cash – grabbed the food and headed home – i didn’t double check the order – someone else placed the order while I was en-route – it is a 20 min drive from my house. long story short – 1 meal was missing but i wasn’t charged for it. The meal that was missing – its meat showed up in another dinner (shrimp was added to the chicken dinner). the 2 stir-fry dinners came in soup containers and was more broth than food. the stir fry vegetarian dinner that was supposed to be light tofu had 90% tofu and almost no vegetables. The soup that was ordered – almost all broth – tasty broth but the veggies were not there and yes – tit was supposed to have veggies. the other dinner were so incredible bland that we looked for the soy sauce – no condiments at all in the bags. So – we called and Talked with Joy. Joy was the high ranking person that Sunday night and also she added, a realtive of the manager. She said she didn’t know how that had happened but yes please – come in for a full refund. ($61.76). . Showed up the following morning and low and behold Joy is on extended-vacation and the manager said – policy is bring the food back and the receipt. It was cash and no receipt was given – food was in the trash.Joy never said anything about either one.Perhaps they had an off-night but the MANAGER on the following morning made it exceptionally clear he didn’t care about the quality of the food, the experience of his customer or what his niece / coworker had said. Joy was the one working that night but he was the one that slammed the door to future business.They don’t stand behind their food, or their word.You may have a okay experience with them until you don’t and they wont care that you don’t.
