Walked in and no one was at the host stand. Stood there for a few minutes while one sushi chef typed on his phone and the other two were talking. All three made eye contact at different times and never said a word to us. They had been open for 20 minutes and there was only a table of three people in there. After being ignored for 5 minutes we left.
Great little find. This place is now called Sushi Mon by Sky Sushi. I don’t know why the name change but that’s what the sign says now. I really enjoyed this place. What I really like is the menu is broken down by types of fish. There is a salmon, tuna and crab/shrimp sections. So if you know you are really in the mood for tuna you don’t have to weed through all the rolls you can just turn to the tuna section and start picking. It seems everyone is doing a 50% off selection and this place is no exception. They have a nice selection of 50% off rolls and they didn’t disappoint. The rolls we big, nicely presented and very good! I think this will be our new sushi spot.
Food was good service was horrible. Ordered 5 rolls and only got four then was told they could make it to go or we could just take it off the bill. NOT Professional!!! And it wasn’t even busy
This restaraunt is awesome. I go with my family all the time. Under new ownership and is now called Sushi Mon. All rolls are half price. I give it a 10 out of 5. I was very pleased.
Bleh! The rolls we ordered (4 different ones) were falling apart and could barely be picked up with chopsticks. I’ve had worse sushi, but I’ve also had much better. This meal left me extremely unsatisfied and I will never spend another dime there.
A Strip Mall Gem. Unassuming and hidden away towards the back of a Roseville strip mall, this sushi place is amazing! Their sushi is carefully prepared, and wonderfully fresh. Their teriyaki dinners could fill two people with rich flavor. Their tempura is cooked to perfection, delicate and not at all greasy. Come after 8 for their special After 8 menu. 1/2 priced select sushi rolls. This is our ‘date night’ place, as well as where we meet up with friends. Highly recommend trying this place.
