Negative: Visited at 11:00 am for lunch. Appetizer of Tempura Shrimp was prepared using old batter. Wife’s Chicken Pot Pie soup was mostly flour gravy very little taste. Found bones in one of the pieces of chicken. My steak was cooked as asked but was dry and tough. We have previously visited this restaurant and liked it. We probably won’t be returning.

We really enjoy going here. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. The steak is excellent. I loved their green beans. It’s fun to get a baked potato and have them bring out all the toppings and make it right there. The real reason I love this place though: the cheesecake. I love it. I love Cheesecake Factory, but man, this cheesecake beats all of theirs. If you want a classic, simple cheesecake, get it here! It has the best, buttery graham cracker crust and a fluffy, slightly lemony cheesecake. So good!

4 of the 5 orders were awful. Calamari was slathered in oil. BBQ chicken might have been reconstituted chicken – not sure what it was. Crab cakes were tasteless. Steak was tasteless. Waitress was very helpful, however, getting management to comp most of our meal. Salmon was great! Sorry but we won’t be returning.

Our first and last visit. The Facility and staff was great, but it ended there. I had the 14oz Ribeye and my wife had the Swordfish. Honestly, one of the worst steaks I have ever had. It steak was cooked perfect but it was tough, flavorless, and tasted old. My wife’s Swordfish was mushy and previously frozen (we were told it was the catch of the day). Like I said , wait staff was fine but the food was subpar for this price point.

I liked it. had the tahoe joe steak. Pepper steak medium, nicely charred on the outside, nice and pink on the inside. It was good steak. Add clam chowder it was extremely good. A little bit pricey for the food, a little loud inside. The call drinks are too expensive. The newcastle on tap is great.
