I love this restaurant!. Mmm mmm…goodness! Not for the faint of sushi heart. This is where the big boys eat. I thought I was in sushi heaven when I went to Mizu but Tomi kicks their ass!This is the greatest buffet ever. The one thing I love eating more than anything in the world is probably sushi and served all you can style….[pause for dramatic effect]….god! Whoever owns this place is a genius.Great selection too, there’s all my favorites: salmon, mackerel, tuna, Albacore and more….the crab legs are tasty and juicy. Sushi so fresh it’s still moving.Anyone that have concerns for food allergies can ask the sushi chef to specially make you a batch on spot. Very accommodating staff. The space is huge too, it’s enough to feed the town of Roseville. I highly recommend this place.
On the fence about this one went there for sushi wound up eating crab absolutely delicious. However the sushi was just sitting out and was really anything different. Also felt the dinner price for 4 people was excessive ($72). There was however other options for those diners that don’t like Sushi.
Best buffet in area!. I came this place when it was MIZU and i didn’t like it at all. but they changed the ownership and the food was much much much better! this restaurant is clean (much cleaner than chinese buffet or any other asian buffet) and their service was good! i like this place and i definately recommend!!!
Great food. I loved Tomis good i wish it was closer to Elk grove area.Service was great and the quality of the food was great love the variety.I am korean american and miss eating korean food and this is the best place to eat korean and japanese buffet. the other review I have read about bad service I just dont belive that happened.I definitely recomend it. try it for yourself.
Waste of good money. We knew we were in trouble when we walked it. the sushi was sitting out looking dry. the food was cold, it was dry. it was just a waste of good momey.i called the manager and told him he said the warmer had gone out..well good grief put new food out there. he siad he would give us a 30 persent discount.., we took it just to get out of there. i can’t see this place lasting very long. you can’t charge high prices and serve cheap cold food.
Thought it was dinning place not a bedroom. First we got there and we were told that the cooks were on lunch and they they would not be able to cook us anything so we could only eat what was left out on the sushi bar. Raw fish was sitting out not been kept cold as it should have been. Really surprised I didnt get food poisoning. Second when we had finished our first place the waitress had the audacity to tell us that we had to go and put our plates in the dish bin so she didnt keep having to come get our plates. After about 20 minutes there we noticed that there were about 7 workers sleeping on chairs in the back of the restaurant, using napkins as pillows and pushing chairs together to make make shift beds. I would not recommend going here. Service sucks and food is mundane.
Fast food sushi. It’s not that this place sucks, its just not good. What can you expect from all you can eat sushi though? The ingredients are cheap, not very fresh, and often sit longer than they should. I’d worry about health code violations, personally.
