Was looking for some good Chinese food downtown Sacramento for lunch and found this through another site’s suggestions and decided to give it a try, the lunch special doesn’t come with chow mein, which is what I wanted, but they wanted $8 a la carte…I ended up going with General Chicken and fried rice, cause you can’t go wrong with the General Chicken,….the fried rice was tasteless…not flavorful at all but the chicken was good…it needs more sauce…all in all it was OKAY.
