The food is truley made from the Heart ! Tony Lam opened this store in 1975 to support his family and he thought why not sell my food too and we are glad he did he makes the Best Chow Mein in Sacramento, with Huge chicken chunks and you can feed up to four adults easily and just for eight to ten dollars can’t beat that anywhere !! His love for cooking and his customers show’s everytime you meet and eat !! So if you have a craving for some Chinese food and a great conversation while you wait come to Lottery Liqueur and Tony will hook you up with both !!! I give him 5 stars !!
