Reviews. I’m reading all of these negative reviews and it is absolutely ridiculous. This store is new, just up not even a month yet. This is a new area for BWW, and very busy area considering the colleges and the businesses here. Give the place a chance to get settled and use to this heavy traffic of people. Relax and give the business a chance. I am happy about my experience there and I will continue to have lunch there from time to time. I am a serious wing lover and the wings are delicious. keep doing what you are doing BWW. I am satisified, my lunch today was great and the service in the bar area was excellent.
This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to quite a few. The portions aren’t up to par with other locations and the food came out cold. The staff is friendly but that’s not enough to make up for the sub standard food. This one is off the list of places to eat in San Bernardino.
I was excited for SB having a BWW. I have busted 3x since it opened, a month ago. Today I have decided to not return. The service is good, but food is bad. Twice I received my wings with no sauce on them. Plus when it’s promotional wing day, sauces ate charged $.60/ea. The wait for food is long. It seems like this new place has yet to come up with meeting upto the one at Victoria Gardens, which my family and I will resume to.
HORRIBLE SEATING!!!!!!!!!. We checked in at 8:00 pm didn’t get called till 9:00pm, then to top it off we were seated in a very crowded area, it was really embarrassing. I was stuck in between to small tables i could hardly move, i had to place my purse on top of the table. The Wings were delicious, but there service was so horrible, one of the waitresses was so rude when i asked her for napkins…. what the hell? i really recommend not going there but if you want to go when there’s hardly people inside go at 11:00pm people start to leave at that time.. I will not go there again….
Horrible. Went there with my family and was was disappointed. Service was very slow. We almost left and wished we did after our food came it was cold and not very good. I will never go back again.
Worst experience ever at a bww.. By far the worst experience I have ever had at bww. I went in expecting the same kind of service I always receive at bww but I left with cold food and lowered expectations. It took an hour to receive our food and when we got it, it was over cooked and cold (not sure how they managed that) and it wasnt even the right order. And when it came time to pay they gave us the wrong change rang us up for the wrong order and had the audacity to rush us out of the door. When they get rid of the brain dead chimps they call a staff we may return. Until then we will be driving to the bww in ontario where the service is great and the food taste like food.
