Great food…. Beef with rice, very tender filet minon… Everything was wonderful
My girlfriend and I ordered Chicken and Rice w/ vegetables (#32) and Pho w/ beef flank and brisket (#18), and a strawberry smoothie. Everything we had at Noodle 21 was really tasty, well portioned and very fairly priced (around $18 total). Service was friendly, attentive and helpful. The inside of Noodle 21 was very clean and it felt pretty open. The chairs are surprisingly comfortable. All in all Noodle 21 is a great place and we will definitely be going back soon.
Rare streak soup is superb!
We love the place, the food, and the staff. Good value also.
Noodle 21. Very poor service! Our group of 5 people ordered food at the same time and the last dish came out 60 minutes later! The food was not hot just barely warm and the servers didn’t seem to know their menus. The food was ordinary. Very disappointed and complained about the time it took to be served and the manager never even came over to table but did give the member who waited the longest a small discount. Not friendly and not worth the prices which were not bad but the service sucks!
Noodle 21 my thoughts. The cuisine is really Vietnamese although from the name you might expect Asian fusion. Service was decent, not slow. My waitress was a younger person and did not seem so experienced, but was polite and helpful. The Pho that I ordered was not the best that I ever tasted, but was not awful either. I also tried a sandwich, which was alright. This place may not be the most authentic Pho place, but it serves a certain niche, especially in Redlands, CA.
Bad experience. One of the worst restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. The noodles were way over cooked. They were very mushy. Service was horrible. They served the soup in a tureen and gave us soup bowls, but no ladle. There was no way to pour the soup from the tureen. We asked three times for a ladle, but we never got one. Gave up after about a half hour. We ended up pouring the soup from the tureen into our soup bowls. By then, the soup was cold. It tasted horrible!!! Sort of like fish. We asked them to take it off the tab, but they said that we waited to long to tell them, so they wouldn’t do it (how could we tell them if they wouldn’t come to the table). We waited 20 minutes after our meal for the bill. Finally I had to ask the bus boy to send over our waitress. When she came, she gave me the bill and after placing my credit card with it, it took another 15 minutes for her to pick it up. My party had no choice but to leave (their children were getting restless). You would think that by me sitting at the table all by myself for all that time, they’d get the hint. Some people at another table sympathized with me and offered to let me sit with them so that I wasn’t sitting by myself. I thanked them, but stayed at my table. First time ever I didn’t leave any tip!!!!! I am not picky. As a matter of a fact, this is the first bad review I have ever given!!!
