The new Willie Boy's is the vision of president Mikie Willie Meier. When he first saw the place, his namesake, he dreamed of owning it. A Kansas City native, Mr. Meier wanted to bring the grand tradition of Kansas City Bar -B- Que to the desert. Kansas City style BBQ is first smoked (we use red and white oak in our industrial sized Southern Pride smoker) then grilled or sauted to order. Our BBQ sauces are custom made in small batches here in the restaurant. We have a "sweet" BBQ sauce and a "Spicy" one. Also, a custom VERY spicy buffalo sauce and a spicy St. Luis style mustard based sauce. You get to choose. Just know that whichever sauce you choose, it will enhance the smoky flavor of our meats.
