Although the restaurant is not in Little Italy, if you are looking for an authentic Italian experience in San Diego I recommend that you come here (even Italians were dining here). We came on a warm evening and sat outdoors, and all the servers are welcoming and we were offered a choice of a complimentary bruschetta or complimentary ice cream. The chef herself was Italian alike the servers. The food was amazing and we all enjoyed it. The interior of the restaurant and the bathrooms are very clean and welcoming.
