Came here a year ago- owner worked the counter- tried hard to please and (although not very friendly), was professional and fast. Better aa bowl than most (including killing Swami’s terrible bowl) and decent sandwiches. Came back this year and never see the owner. Apparently he’s franchising and there goes the service. Aa bowl tastes the same (go to Brick & Bell!), but the sandwiches are terrible. They take FOREVER now to make anything- even with THREE people making two orders. And incredibly- if you order a sandwich- they add condiments that aren’t even listed on the menu (mustard on a pesto sandwich??) and then if you ask for no mustard the next time, explaining you just want what’s listed- they still somehow ignore their own menu (mayo the next time!?). Total fail. Avoid because there are so many better places than this one.
