Unimpressive. I was so excited to try these after reading all of the rave reviews and on my most recent trip to California I sought them out at the La Jolla Farmers Market. WOW was I disappointed.Bought:The Cranberry Muffin: had nice lemon cranberry flavour with a scone-like texture-this was the best of all of we purchased.The Hot Chocolate: tasted like undercooked butter and flour with a hint of chocolate and sprinkles.Sweet Potato Pie: tasted like the hot chocolate, but without the chocolate. You could tell they had added marshmallow but it just added to the bendiness of the cookie and nothing to the flavor.Candied Bacon: tasted like cinnamon, flour and nothing else. There was absolutely no bacon flavour at all. I’d have never known that there was bacon if I didn’t know what I bought.Red Velvet: again had no discernible flavor whatsoever.The Ultimate Chocolate Chip: again this tasted like undercooked butter and flour with the generous amount of chocolate completely lost.All of the cookies had an undercooked raw flour taste. I served these for dessert and after we all had a bite none of us bothered with a second and we ended up throwing them out.
