Both Owner and Executive Chef, Luisa came from a long line of entrepreneurs and restauranteurs. Her passion for cooking stem from having watched her Grandmother -and namesake - in the kitchen from a very young age. Instead of playing outside with the other children her age, Luisa started honing her craft- learning about recipes, picking just the right ingredients and meticulously preparing food. Since then, making and serving delicious meals has become not only her life's work but her ultimate passion! Taste the difference years of experience can make. Luisa has been in the food industry for over 5 decades. She has consulted for, built and ran 37 restaurants in her career including Luisa's Pizza & Pasta. She is a prime example of how doing what you love and following your heart can indeed take you places. In her case, her heart belongs to the kitchen.
