Z & Y Bistro is a brand new Chinese restaurant in San Francisco Chinatown. We are a sister restaurant of Z & Y Restaurant. We wanted to bring in Yakitori with a Chinese twist to Chinatown. We sourced high quality meat. Organic free range chicken, chicken heart, chicken liver, chicken gizzards from local farm. We use world's best pork - all natural Berkshire pork (black pig) from Heritage farm. Master Zhang will serve yakitori; a traditional Japanese style skewer with a Chinese twist. At Z & Y Bistro, it will serve Z & Y's classic Chinese food dishes that made us famous. Enjoy yakitori, Lanzhou noodle and sukiyaki hot pot in this contemporary, sleek dining atmosphere.
