MMMmmmGOod. First the bad news, Casa Calderon doesn’t have the greatest decor, (and it has SO MUCH potential!) and isn’t the cleanest. It’s a family run restaurant so the staff doesn’t have much of a dress code…so it just feels like you’re eating at a friends house, with the service feeling pretty casual too.We’ve moved past all this and have gone back time after time…why? Because the food is G O O D, it’s made to order and doesn’t taste like it came out of a microwave. You can tell they care about how their food tastes. We’ll keep going back as long as they’re around.
