Both reviews below are correct. What they do they do well. Come here for the broken rice not pho. That’s their name: broken rice by thuan kieu 🙂 the place is run down and needs upkeep. The food quality also has gone down. Honestly they can do better iverall. They have another branch on valley bl that’s better.
