So I have been here twice now; both times I have had the prime rib and a salad. The prime rib is good, not wonderful not bad, but good prime rib. Is it worth $40+? Not really. Would I go back again if I was paying for it myself? Probably not.

We visited Horatio’s on Father’s Day and the food was great but the calm chowder was excellent. I would give the service an A+ and pricing of the menu was not bad but could use some improvements.

Fantastic Menu. Recently visited for dinner and found the menu to be slightly changed from 3 months ago… Started off with their famous maytag (bleu cheese) salad and the crab dip (awesome). I ordered the beef wellington and I was quickly reminded why I really, really like this place. The beef wellington was not the traditional filet baked in pastry but a deconstructed version where the beef is placed on a pastry shell. Great meal.

Lunch was overpriced and elementary school level cuisine. However, the Waitstaff was excellent and the view is quite pretty. I hear that their happy hour is a much better bang for your buck.

We liked it, would probably frequent if closer.

Divine!! 5 Star for sure!!. This has to be one of my most favorite places in the Bay Area to eat! Prices are fair and reasonable, and the food…execptional! The rock salt Prime Rib is the best! For dessert, one must try their Creme Brulee, or the Key Lime pie!!! You’ll never be disappointed, and the service is prompt and friendly!!
