This cafe has a Nice offering of drinks/water and sandwiches at reasonable prices. Water is a necessity if traveling the bus to the castle on a warm day.
We ate here before our tour and was impressed with the quality and taste for being at an attraction. I would recommend it! I had the portobello mushroom burger which was excellent.
This is a sunny place to get a bite to eat before or after a tour. It’s within the visitor center, near where you can purchase tour tickets. You can get a Hearst beef hamburger.
We had a cheeseburger there and it wasn’t bad ,added more fries than I could finish. Good break between tours.
It’s basically a little cafeteria in the visitors’ center, but the food was pretty good, and the location is very convenient for Hearst Castle tours. The Hearst beef burger was not bad.
We had to try the Hearst Castle special beef burger, while visiting the Castle and tourist center.. It was as good as advertised.
