Ok so I’ve been here twice now. Both times the service was EXTREMELY slow. The second time we ordered 2 hot sandwiches an onion rings everything was cold. I know it sat there for sooo long because onion rings take forever to cool off. No apologies from the staff. Customers kept coming up to our table and talking with us and asking to sit with us. Mind you this was 8 pm on a weekday. It’s not like we were there at midnight on a Friday. Get real will not go back12 Jun, 2011Everything about this place was awful. Went here to eat dinner at about 8. my boyfriend and i watched as servers passed us many many times. after about 20 min, we ordered our drinks, and when i told her i was ready to order my food as well, the server looked shocked. once our food finally got there (took sooooo long) everything was cold. the bread was brown like it had been toasted once before, but not warm at all. my onion rings were cold (disgusting, considering those things are usually so hot at other places from being dipped in the fryer!) and our appetizer came out at the same time as our food. ALSO we had to repeatedly tell CUSTOMERS to LEAVE US ALONE while we were dining. The place was so crowded and people were coming up to our table and striking up small chat, asking to sit with us and drink, etc. WE WERE HAVING DINNER, NOT PARTYING. no respect at this place. and to top it all over, our tab was $50 with no apologies about any wait or anything think like that. I will never eat here again, although i wonder if the bar is a good time? we will see if i get the balls to go back and check it out.
