My husband and I go to SLO town every 6 months and the 1st place we go is to Lincoln deli after we set up camp. We always get the Italian stallion and then we go to morro bay or Avila beach and sit on the beach and enjoy eating our sandwich. And then when we leave SLO town to come back home we get another sandwich and stop about half way home and pull over and eat that sandwich.

Great atmoshere and outstanding sandwiches, but get the sliced sourdough it’s the best
Was…. It was a great hole in the wall with good sandwiches before the arty lights and the remodel. Then it changed, I used to go quite often until one of my colleagues was sent a sandwich made from the heel. A $7 sandwich on rye bread? That was enough for me.
