Group of 8 went in for drinks and appetizers after a movie. We were first told no more table service, bar only. We got up to go to the bar and she quickly realized she walked away from a good tip. We were served (and tipped well) and when one got up to use restroom they removed his chair and then finally asked us to leave after maybe 20 minutes as they needed our table. Appeared to be setting up for college age crowd and did not want the business of adults with $$ to spend. I guess we ruined their image of college only after 9 pm. We all left angry and will never go back. Many better friendly places to eat and drink in SLO. Don’t waste time or money here. Drinks were weak and food blah.
Favorite restaurant in SLO. I have had many different burgers throughout my life but none of them compare to those at MoTav. I try to introduce as many people as possible to this awesome place and come back often.
I liked my black and blue hamburger it was delicious. The fries were not ordinary either, seasoned just right . I’ll be back to this four star restaurant.
Tattoos. I heard that this restaurant is selective about their patrons. Men they don’t allow in with tattoos, but women they do. (???)They might want to explain that.
Good job. My wife and I just had dinner at mo-tav. great food and great service. turns out the kitchen lost our ticket and they apologized profusely for how long it was taking but honestly it didnt take that long we didnt even notice. anyway they were awesome said because of the misunderstanding they would be comping our entire meal and offered us both another drink and anything we wanted. really great customer service and we will be back. thanks for a great night
Great place great food great drinks and great prices what more can u ask for
Should not have food. The food was crappy and I wasted my money on it. The waitress was incompetent and gave our daughter’s food to the table that came in after us. The new burgers are terrible the Motav burger made me want to vomit. A waste of a Saturday lunch
