I stopped in Pancho’s while in town for a seminar, I simply must brag on their customer service. I drove around for much of my lunch break trying to find a place to eat. By the time I got to Pancho’s I was running incredibly late! I explained to my waitress, who was extremely busy, and I had my food in front of me in less than 2 minutes! They totally saved me, very friendly staff. Were they the best chicken enchiladas I’ve ever had? Not exactly, but delicious enough for my unpicky taste. Chicken was fresh, sauce was how I like it and the rice and beans had good flavor. I recommend this restaurant for the service alone, the food ain’t too shabby either. Thank you Panchos!

Sadly, I had to come back & edit my review …This used to be a really great place, but (undoubtedly due to the recession (which is really the Second Great Depression!) the quality of ingredients has gone WAY down … We’re talking rancid grease, stale ingredients, very cheap/low quality meats, etc.So sad. We used to love this place, but no longer.
