This is the last place I would recommend for ribs. I prefer Sammy’s killer BBQ in AG. More tender and yummy.05 Nov, 2012Last 2 times we ordered from Ribline we were very disappointed in quality. Two weeks ago we ordered baby back ribs and they were tough and undercooked. Last night we ordered the beach box with baby back ribs and tri tip. What we got was 4 little slices of tri tip and 4 beef ribs that were so tough they were inedible.11 Aug, 2012Have eaten at rib line in Grover beach four times. Never disappointed. Love the tri tip sandwich. Tip! Take a piece of the carrot cake home. Huge piece and simply delicious!! Yum.
Best food in Central coast. Great ribs, great chili, great Tri-tip!
Ordered food to go and was disappointed. The potatoes were rock hard and not cooked. The potato salad was dry and coarse. The meat didn’t taste of barbeque since they use gas stove. I will not be going there again!
Pretty awesome ribs. True to California the BBQ sauce was bomb. Right by the beach and very clean. Great daily specials. Service was top notch.
Total disappointment. Had dry tasteless 1/4 chicken, 2 fatty, tough beef ribs and OK beans. BBQ sauce cannot hide poor quality food.
Great ribs. Love the ribs and great tri-tip, wish I lived closer as they have family meal size meals which includes beans, bakEd potatoes, coldslaw and corn bread
AWESOME!. We had lunch at The Rib Line in SLO the other day and it was the BEST tasting tri-tip sando I’ve ever had. It wasn’t covered in sauce…didn’t need it. The meat was so juicy and delicious. I also got some of their beans and a soda for only $6.95. Hella cheap lunch and it was the straight grub
