I was really looking forward to the BBQ and the very polite and friendly cashier recommended one if the tri tip sandos. The flavor was good but the meat was fatty, tough and under done for tri tip. Most of the meat on the sandwich was too tough to eat. Bummer. The sauce was good with good flavor and heat, but sauce without meat in your sandwich isn’t that appealing. Too bad. I won’t be back.
