Although the service was fine and the staff friendly, they did not honor a gift certificate purchased directly from their corporate office. They could not find a record of the gift certificate in their system and the individual restaurants do not manage gift certificates. They could not provide a phone number for support, they only provided a corporate email address for gift certificate problems. We had to pay separately for our meal, and requested a refund for the gift certificate by submitting a complaint to their corporate email address. No one has responded to our email. We have had to work with our credit card company to process a reversal of the charges for the gift certificate. Very disappointing!
Just can’t get enough of Japanese BBQ! If you like juicy fatty meat go with Yaki shabu, harami skirt steak, P-Toro, Toro Beef. Loved them all! Beef tongue is a must get. Ask for scallion sauce. It’s a good addition for the beef tongue. I always mix the 3 sauce together and ask for chili pepper, my favorite combination haha. You get to grill your own s’mores, or Taiyaki. Love their macaron ice cream sandwich too. Happy hour all day on monday. Lunch specials are very affordable ($12.95 for 3 meat dishes, comes with rice, edamame, salad, and miso soup). dearfork.com
