Fresh, Friendly, Family-own. A family own eatery like Kobeya is charming. The people there are friendly, and their food is fresh. Might not be fancy like many other restaurants, but simplicity is what make it stands out (in a good way.)Really like their curry. It’s made out of many fresh veges.
