Really good burger place, especially for vegetarians who have difficulty finding good meatless burgers in the US. Unlike other chains, you can customize your entire order including the patty, giving more choice to non meat eaters. Kudos! I also ordered the garlic parmesan fries which added to the flavorful and overall scrumptious meal.

I tried the San Jose location a few months and liked it enough to try another location. But, thus visit was disappointing. Long wait for a burger that was not prepared as ordered and under-cooked. Did not want to wait longer for a replacement. Oh well.
One of the best burgers I have had in USA. The concept is very good where you could choose what ingredients go in your burger. Have eaten burgers in many places but this was a totally different experience. You could choose the vegetables, cheese you want and you could select the different sauces you want with your burger. They had serve very thin fries with it which tasted very good. The burger was just yummy.
The Counter is Fun, Fabulous and Friendly. They have a GLUTEN FREE MENU! What a treat! The food was delicious, everyone was friendly, and the music was perfect! I had the turkey burger, and I enjoyed every bite! I also loved the sweet potato fries! The sauce for the fries is so good…addictive! (it has mild horseradish in it).
Great Burgers! Lots of toppings, cheese and roll choices! Best Fries! Best Sweet Potato Fries! Fried Dill Pickle Chips!
