I would definitely not recommend this Applebees at this time.Tried a variety of items on their menu, on at least 3 occasions, and each time the food is prepared at a sub-par level and the service is slow and unresponsive to guests needs.
We went on 12/05/10 in the early afternoon. It was not busy and we got the table we wanted right away to watch the game. Our server was there right away and took our drink order. From there it just got worse. We would not see our server again after I made a request for the dressing to be in the side of our salad. After a bit, half our order arrived, having been brought out by someone else, without any utensils. The salad had dressing on it. We waited about five minutes for our other half and it was finally brought out. I pointed out how we should have had everything at once and while we waited for the 2nd half, the better half couldn’t eat even if she wanted to without utensils. Our server took both plates when I pointed out the food should be served at once. She had rolled her eyes and that was enough. I spoke with manager about this and he did want to make it better, but I didn’t feel right about eating food we were not happy with. It is a real shame. We have been to this location several times and had a great service on a busy Friday night. Still, there are plenty of options and service like this is not acceptable, nor should it be.
