Great margaritas/food. Love the cadillac margaritas & guacamole. All food very good and I’ve always found the service to be excellent. Taquitos are Yummy! but try some of the unusual dishes as well

I love this place!. I first visited Dos Carlitos while on a trip to wine country with my boyfriend in February, 2009. It was such a great experience. The staff could not have been more attentive and friendly; although, it was near closing, the staff was really friendly, and told us to take our time. I ordered the spicy guava ribs, which to say they are good is an understatement. The ribs have a bit of a crispy outside, but will slide right off the bone with a twist of the fork. I have been raving about these ribs to anyone that will listen, and have been wanting to go back for more. I was curious to see what other people were saying about the restaurant, and after reading a few of the reviews, I was afraid that the second trip would be a dissappointment, but decided to go back anyways. I was not dissappointed. The staff was just as friendly as I remembered and the food was as unforgettable as the first time. Now, this is not traditional Mexican food, like mom makes, but who cares when the food is this good.
Best happy hour in the valley 7 days a week! Outstanding service. Try the tortilla soup, it’s my fav.
