You’ve probably passed this little place on the freeway and wondered about it from time to time. Take the Padaro exit and give it a try. Food is fresh and delicious. I had their tri-tip sandwich that was tasty – full of thin-sliced tri-tip beef, arugula and thin-sliced marinated onions. My dining partner enjoyed a bagel with scrambled egg, avocado and tomato that was delicious as well. My sandwich came with some tortilla chips (no salsa or dip), but the bagel sandwich was solo. While she didn’t get the correct tea she ordered, what she had was delicious and served with warm whole milk, honey, sugar, etc.The ambiance is nice, but I personally don’t like places where everything around you for decor is for sale. I feel like I’m eating in a shell with temporary fixtures rather than a restaurant with an established personality. If you like cute knick-knacks and garden-themed books and decor, then you’ll undoubtedly find it a delightful environment to eat in. Staff was friendly and attentive. Indoor seating is somewhat limited but they have beautiful outdoor dining.

Doesn’t live up to potential. 3 times I have stopped by this cute little marketplace to grab breakfast or lunch. It has a wonderful location and charming garden shop out back with tables and chairs. I am filled with excitement about getting a healthy meal and sittig in a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, each time my experience has not lived up to the restaurant’s potential. All 3 times they have messed up my order , i.e. forgot the toast, or didn’t put on the mayonnaisse or mustard or the meat was overcooked and dry or they plain forgot part of the order. Sandwiches are bland and meats overcooked. I walk away disappointed hoping next time will be better. Sadly, I give this little place 3 stars out 5.
