Based on prior reviews we decided to stop here on the way to LA. My daughter, who is a firm believer in not repeating restaurants unless the food is superb… Is requesting we drive the long way back to the bay so we can stop here again! Wonderful papusas and brilliant tamales.
Who cares about the tea…this meal was completely and totally awesome. The combo #5 with revueltas (sp?) pupusas is magnificent. My husband had the grilled chicken platter and was very pleased! Wonderful experience!25 Mar, 2011I’m waiting on my meal, but I ordered the sweet tea based on a prior review and it is not southern style sweet tea. This sweet tea tastes like Lipton instant mix you get at Costco. Place seems great, can’t wait for the food!
