Why are the cashiers always so moody?. Whenever I or my family go into this location, the cashiers are always so unhappy. People cut in line because there is never any order to things here.Also, if you call in an order, they will leave you on hold for at least 5 minutes & you can definitely tell they are not happy to take it. No one is really knowledgeable in the items they sell either. I’ve been to the Panera in San Luis Obispo plenty & it is MUCH better than the service here….
I have now been to this Panera Bread and I have not eaten once. I went once on a Friday night about 20 minutes before closing and the cashier couldn’t focus on anything other than how they are closing soon and where we were going to eat our food. The second time I went a few Friday’s later at 6PM and where out of a few items I wanted to try. So now this Friday 11/11/11 I give them one last shot at 11:15AM and the soups are not ready! Come back later I am told. No thank you. Three times now I have tried and three times now Panera Bread could’nt even manage to get a order for me.
MMmmmm Tasty. Personally I go here for the pastries. OMG, they are soooo good, espically the cherry ones. But then again, that’s a personal preference. Now the food here is great as well. The prices are a little steep in my opinion, but you get what you pay for. The area to eat is open and refreshing. I you can usually find a corner to sit in and Wi-Fi access is a nice perk too. I come here ever so often when I want to relax without hearing whiny kids yelling about their meal or toys. Makes it nice to sit, eat and do nothing.
Beautiful brand new store with delicious food!
We needed a place like this!. Santa Maria was in dire need of a place like this for so long. Panera has great breads, panini’s and bagels. The staff is a little less than coordinated and quite often will screw up your order, but most of the time they are quick to rectify their mistakes. I would love an Einsteins Bagels here in town, but until that happens, Panera is the place to go.
Great salads, even better panini’s! Very neat and clean and the table service is great! Doesn’t hurt that jamba juice is right next door!
