I visited Stan’s for some donuts as it had a good rating here. I went for the original glazed, choco and sugar coated donuts. While the donuts were okay and tasted good, the service is not the greatest and downright disappointing. It was cash only so I had to fork out cash and not use my corporate card.My ratingService 1/5 (The guy who billed made a mistake and entered a wrong entry on the bill . A lady who seemed the supervisor didnt give me that bill and instead gave me a hand written bill. I insisted that my company wont reimburse hand written bills but she started raising her voice and told me that the staff had to learn from the mistake. So.. I dont care if the staff had to learn from his mistake which didnt involve me. I wanted a printed bill.. end of story. But the lady was not willing to listen and said thats my problem. CUSTOMER SERVICE = ZEROFood: 4/5Ambience 3/5Value for money 4/5Will never return.
This is the best donuts I have ever eaten. The only complaint I have is there is only one. I purchased 10 hot cinnamon rolls and delivered them to friends 50 miles away. Now they what me to do it every week! We live 60 miles away from Stans but still have to stop by 3_4 times a year.
