Sushi restaurant located inside the Hyatt Santa Clara hotel. Overall good quality – not the best in the world, but solid enough. Major problem is absence of lunch menu, and the fact that everything is priced separately – in other words, there is no entree which includes Miso soup ($4), for instance. I had Chirashi bowl, which was almost the most reasonable dish for lunch ($23) – it was small, but tasty. Firecracker roll was tasty as well, nicely spicy with fresh jalapeo.
