OUR PIES ARE reinvented AUSSIE PIES! At APK, Fork-in Aussie Pies, we have re- imagined, re-engineered and re-created the Aussie Pie from the crust up. YES we do sell savory pies that while that are INSPIRED by the Aussie Meat Pie, they are not authentic in taste, preparation or cost. . Ours are a gourmet version of the savory Aussie Pie . Our chef Joe Youkhan is a "Chopped" champion on The Food Network. Unlike the typical mass produced "gas station and footy" pie, our pies take 3 days to make. We marinate the fillings for a day. We then braise for 2-4 hours, then let it rest in its own juices overnight. We finish the pie on Day 3 with a blind baked pastry crust and a croissant top. WE CATER FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH, COCKTAIL PARTIES AND LATE NIGHT. We can handle small orders and up to 1500 people.
