Best sushi in LA!. We live in New York and when we visit Nagao is our first stop. We used to live in Santa Monica and this was our favorite place and it still is. Freshest fish and delicious rolls. Moonlight #2 is his creation!!!!
I did a three day juice fast awhile ago, and in my moments of hunger this is what I craved. My first solid food was here. There is something about this place that makes it stand above the everyday. Maybe it’s Nagao’s personal touch. All of his rolls and salads are the stuff of dreams.
Excellent Yellowtail!. The best Yellowtail sushi I’ve had. Also, the striped bass sushi was phenomenal. I was sketched at first about asparagus in the rolls, but the rolls were delicious complimented with hot sake. I’ll definately be back. Be early on weekends because it packs up quick with a small location.
