On the evening of Saturday, February 1, 2014, I ordered the Luca’s Tuscan Lasagna. It smelled and looked great, even the flavor was good. The texture of the lasagna was like mush and very unpleasant to eat. My guess was that it was way over cooked, texture like pudding and not a bit enjoyable. Noticed the man at the next table was also having a difficult time eating his order of lasagna and ate most of his wife’s meal. This lasagna was by far the worst that I have ever eaten.Very busy night at the Cafe Citti and service was poor, no one ever came by to ask how our meal was, therefore I managed bit by bit to swallow this pile of mush. Left the restaurant very unhappy and hopefully never have to go there again. Might mention the previous times that I have eaten there were good, but nothing over the top special.Local Sonoma resident.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Way to cheap. The best pasta I have ever had; service is so wonderful you can leave it up to the waiters to pick an amazing meal for your pallet. Will come back!
We just happened across this place after visiting wineries. Great lasagna and ravioli specials!
Recommended!!. Great setup. great food. husband was upset he only got 4 raviloils. pesto pasta was delish. i would recommend!!
Wonderful Italian Deli. Stopped by for lunch after some great wine tasting. Great selection of pasta, salads, sandwiches, and a cookie that is filled with Nutella, that is undescibaley good.
I just can’t get enough of the food, atmosphere, or that devilishly handsome hunk at the counter I went with the polenta and mushroom sauce this time and it was absolutely Devine.when I asked the green eyed stalion what wine would pair well with this dish he suggested a nice little Pinot grigio and he was right on! He and this little hidden gem of a restaurant continue to amaze me!!19 Jul, 2011The food is just fabulous and the atmosphere is homey and relaxing the only thing better than the ravioli was the gorgous hunk of meat behind the register, tall red hair, green eyes we will deffinatly be back! It was great!
Great home cooking reminds me of my grandmas holiday dinners. Tortlini soup, 5 kinds of sauces, great wine, outdoor dining, you won’t want to leave. Luca and Linda make you feel at home. Don’t forget desert!! This has to be my all time favorite italian restaurant.
