Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Manager was extremely rude that she wouldn’t honor our coupon that was expired by 2 weeks which we get coupons every other week in the mail from this restaurant. Why have coupons if you have them expire so soon after receiving them in the mail. I come to this restaurant every other week and you aren’t going to honor a coupon. If you would of honored a $8 savings I would of been a returning customer and your waiter would of received a tip. Well I will not be returning because this company doesn’t appreciate my business. The sushi isn’t very good either. Especially when you get the all you can eat.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Never have I had an experience like this one!!! I’LL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!1. SLOW TO BE SEATED, people were seated before us even though we got there first, and ended up waiting 30 mins before being seated.2. SLOW UNTRAINED STAFF, slow to bring us drinks, didn’t know the menu or how anything was prepared, and never brought out our miso soup out. also ordered baked salmon, when I got it, it was pretty much RAW. NOT BAKED.3. ALCOHOLIC DRINKS OVER PRICED AND TASTE LIKE JUICE. Ordered a PINK LADY and our non drinking friend tasted it and it tasted like watered down juice to them. WASTE OF MONEY!4. WAITED 50 MINUTES AND STILL NO SUSHI SHOWED UP. We eventually left and the owner came to apologize, which actually surprised me. He tried his best to correct the mistakes but enough was enough. This restaurant had an over rated feeling and interior design and if your looking for quiet. This is NOT the place to go.

Very good sushi!. Extremely fresh, well-made…reasonably priced for sushi in the Santa Rosa area, too.
Was my first time at a hibachi style restaurant & it was a great experience! The cook was great & the food was awesome! I would say probably the best fried rice i’ve ever had! I would def. recommend & would eat there again.
It’s like a beni hanas. Good food good atmosphere.
