You need to eat here!. We were headed to the Charles Schulz Museum and wanted to eat before we got there. We saw their sign out front for Vietnamese Bistro and thought what the heck, let’s give it a shot. I’ve never thought of Santa Rosa as a foodie stop. We were still in wine country so we had hopes that we would be pleasantly surprised. Wow, what a wonderful surprise. Service was wonderful, decor was warm and relaxing. The food was fabulous! We started with traditional spring rolls, look at the pic, they were not only gorgeous but delicious and fresh. The mint comes from their gardens just outside the window. My combination stir fry with crispy noodles was insane, tender pork, rich beef, moist chicken and sweet shrimp were mixed with colorful super fresh and crisp veggie’s. The Thai iced coffee was like a coffee candy. They tried to offer us dessert but I was perfectly filled with a healthful meal. My better half loved the broth of her pho, she said it is the best she’s had. That is a giant compliment. Never would have thought to find good Vietnamese in the North Bay, we didn’t. We found awesome Vietnamese food here.
